Tina Louise (nama lahir Tina Blacker; lahir 11 Februari 1934) adalah seorang Amerika Serikat yang dikenal karena memerankan bintang film Ginger Grant dalam seri komedi situasi televisi CBS Gilligan's Island. Ia memulai kariernya di atas panggung pada pertengahan 1950an sebelum berperan dalam film drama tahun 1958 God's Little Acre di mana ia meraih Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year.

Louise membintangi The Trap, The Hangman, Day of the Outlaw, dan For Those Who Think Young. Ia juga tampil dalam The Wrecking Crew, The Happy Ending, dan The Stepford Wives (1975).

Setelah kematian Dawn Wells pada 30 Desember 2020, Louise menjadi pemeran asli terakhir yang masuk hidup dari seri televisi Gilligan's Island.
