Tissa merupakan raja Upatissa Nuwara (Sri Lanka modern) dari tahun 454 SM hingga 437 SM. Ia menggantikan kakandanya Abhaya setelah deposisinya. Tissa diangkat menjadi wali penguasa oleh delapan adik laki-lakinya tetapi hanya akan menjadi raja yang disucikan setelah ia akhirnya mengalahkan keponakannya Pandukabhaya. Namun, ia digulingkan oleh Pandukabhaya.
