Tokyo Game Show (東京ゲームショウ, Tōkyō Gēmu Shō), yang umumnya dikenal sebagai TGS, adalah sebuah pameran / konvensi permainan video yang diadakan setiap tahun pada bulan September di Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Jepang. Acara tersebut dipersembahkan oleh Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) dan Nikkei Business Publications, Inc. Fokus utama acara tersebut adalah permainan Jepang, tetapi beberapa pengembang permainan video internasional menggunakannya untuk menampilkan perangkat keras terkait/dirilis pada masa mendatang.
