Tolchah Mansoer

Tolchah Mansoer (10 September 1930 – 20 Oktober 1986) adalah seorang seorang akademisi, intelektual, politikus, aktivis, organisator, dan kiai asal Indonesia. Pendiri Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dan Rais Syuriah PBNU periode 1984-1986. Ia menikah dengan Umroh Machfudzoh dan memiliki 3 putra dan 4 putri,[1] salah satunya bernama Muhammad Romahurmuziy, Ketua Umum Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) periode 2016-2019.[2]
