Thomas Christopher "Tom" Ince (lahir 30 Januari 1992) adalah seorang pemain sepak bola berkewarganegaraan Inggris yang bermain sebagai gelandang serang untuk klub Derby County sebagai pemain pinjaman dari Hull City.
Ince memulai karier sepak bola bersama Liverpool pada tahun 2010, kemudian pindah ke Blackpool pada tahun 2011,[3] hingga tahun 2014 Ince dipinjamkan ke Crystal Palace.
Tom Ince adalah anak dari mantan pemain tim nasional Inggris Paul Ince.[4]
