Thomas Harold Flowers, BSc, DSc,[1] OBE (22 Desember 1905 – 28 Oktober 1998) adalah seorang insinyur Inggris di Kantor Pos Umum Inggris. Selama Perang Dunia II, Flowers merancang dan membangun Colossus, komputer elektronik pertama yang dapat diprogram di dunia, untuk membantu memecahkan pesan terenkripsi Jerman.
