Tong sui secara harfiah diterjemahkan sebagai "air gula", juga dikenal sebagai tim tong, adalah sebuah istilah kolektif untuk manisan apapun, sup hangat atau custard yang disajikan sebagai hidangan penutup pada akhir acara makan dalam hidangan Kanton.[1] Tong sui adalah hidangan khas Kanton dan jarang ditemukan dalam hidangan dari wilayah lainnya di Tiongkok.
