Tonggak pencapaian

Tonggak pencapaian atau tonggak raihan (bahasa Inggris: milestone) adalah alat yang digunakan dalam kelola proyek untuk menandai titik-titik tertentu sepanjang waktu proyek. Titik-titik ini mungkin untuk menandakan jangkar, seperti tanggal mulai dan berakhirnya proyek, atau perlunya tinjauan eksternal atau pemeriksaan masukan dan anggaran. Beberapa kontrak untuk produk menyertakan "biaya pencapaian" yang dapat dibayarkan saat poin tertentu tercapai.

Dalam banyak kasus, tonggak pencapaian tidak memengaruhi durasi proyek. Sebaliknya, mereka fokus pada titik kemajuan utama yang harus dicapai untuk mencapai keberhasilan.[1]
