Totem dan Tabu, Totem and Taboo: Resemblances Between the Mental Lives of Savages and Neurotics, atau Totem and Taboo: Some Points of Agreement between the Mental Lives of Savages and Neurotics, (bahasa Jerman: Totem und Tabu: Einige Übereinstimmungen im Seelenleben der Wilden und der Neurotiker) adalah sebuah buku tahun 1913 karya Sigmund Freud, pendiri psikoanalisis, di mana pengarang menerapkan karyanya pada bidang arkeologi, antropologi, dan kajian agama. Karya tersebut adalah kumpulan empat esai yang terinspirasi oleh karya Wilhelm Wundt dan Carl Jung dan mula-mula diterbitkan dalam jurnal Imago (1912–13): "The Horror of Incest", "Taboo and Emotional Ambivalence", "Animism, Magic and the Omnipotence of Thoughts", dan "The Return of Totemism in Childhood".
