Toyota 4Runner adalah sebuah mid-size SUV yang diproduksi oleh Toyota Motor Corporation dari tahun 1984 sampai sekarang. Di Jepang sendiri, mobil ini dikenal dengan nama Toyota Hilux Surf. Semua Toyota 4Runner diproduksi di Tahara plant Toyota di Tahara, Aichi, Jepang atau di Hamura, Japan milik Hino, dan Brazil.

Generasi kelima 4Runner diresmikan di Texas State Fair pada tanggal 24 September 2009. Ini tersedia dalam 3 trim level, 2 dari yang tersedia sebelumnya. The SR5 dasar memotong serta-atas-garis-Limited trim tersedia sebagai 2WD atau 4WD. SR5 dan Trail Edition 4WD akan mendapatkan sistem paruh waktu 4WD, sedangkan Limited akan memiliki full-time 4WD.
