Transaminasi

Transaminasi merupakan proses yang memindahkan gugus amina yang diambil dari asam amino dan dipindahkan ke asam keto untuk menghasilkan asam amino lain.[1] Reaksi dilakukan menggunakan enzim transaminase atau aminotransferase.[2] Koenzim yang digunakan untuk membantu reaksi ini adalah piridoksal fosfat.[3]
