Tuanku Bahiyah ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman (24 Agustus 1930 – 26 Agustus 2003) adalah Sultanah Kedah (1959–2003) Raja Permaisuri Agong ke-5 Malaysia dari tahun 1970 hingga tahun 1975.
