Tunika intima atau disebut juga tunika interna adalah lapisan dinding pembuluh darah yang terletak paling dalam.[1] Berhadapan langsung dengan lumen pembuluh darah, tunika atau lapisan ini terdiri dari selapis epitel skuamosa yang dikelilingi oleh jaringan ikat dengan serat elastis membran basalis.[2][3]
