Syekh Tuqi al-Bujuri adalah seorang guru sufi sebagai salah satu Mursyid ke-39 Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah atau Mursyid ke 2 setelah tarekat Naqsyabandiyah digabungkan dengan tarekat Ali Ba' Alawiyah dari aliran sufi yang terdapat pada agama Islam. Dia lahir di Hindia Belanda atau sekarang Indonesia. Orang tuanya berasal dari desa Bucor Wetan, Kecamatan Pakuniran, Probolinggo dekat lereng bukit Kertonegoro.
Dia adalah murid dari Syekh Hasan Genggong. Tiga tahun sebelum meninggalnya Syekh Hasan Genggong,[1] beliau dibaiat di dalam tarekat.
