USS Threadfin (SS-410), sebuah kapal selam kelas-Balao, adalah satu-satunya kapal dari Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat yang mengambil nama dari threadfin, sebuah keluarga ikan yang berkaitan dengan mullet.
Threadfin mulai dibangun pada 18 Maret 1944 di Galangan Angkatan Laut Portsmouth di Kittery, Maine. Kapal tersebut diluncurkan pada 26 Juni 1944 dengan disponsori oleh Mrs. Frank G. Fox, dan dikomisikan pada 30 Agustus 1944 dengan komando Komandan John J. Foote.

Threadfin dianugerahi tiga bintang pertempuran untuk pelayanan Perang Dunia II.
