Unisphere

Unisphere adalah sebuah replika Bumi yang terbuat dari besi tahan karat setinggi 12 tingkat. Terletak di Flushing Meadows – Corona Park di borough Queens, New York City, Unisphere adalah salah satu simbol terkenal di borough ini.
Unisphere dibangun untuk merayakan awal era angkasa, struktur ini dirancang dan dibangun sebagai Simbol Tema Pameran Dunia New York 1964-1965. Tema Pameran Dunia itu adalah "Perdamaian melalui Kesepahaman" dan Unisphere menggambarkan ketergantungan dunia terhadap satu sama lain. Struktur ini dibangun untuk merayakan "Pencapaian Manusia di Dunia yang Mengecil di Alam Semesta yang Meluas".
