Uskup koajutor

Uskup Koajutor adalah istilah umum dalam Gereja Katolik Roma yang merujuk kepada uskup yang akan menggantikan uskup yang lain di suatu keuskupan, tetapi uskup yang akan digantikan tersebut belum resmi mengundurkan diri, biasanya pensiun. Sebagai contoh ketika Kardinal Julius Darmaatmadja, SJ mengundurkan diri, tetapi masih menunggu keputusan Tahta Suci, Uskup Agung Semarang kala itu, Mgr. Ignatius Suharyo telah ditunjuk Takhta Suci sebagai pengganti.
