Vadim Menkov (lahir 12 Februari 1987) adalah seorang atlet balap kano putra asal Uzbekistan yang berkompetisi sejak akhir 2000an. Ia memenangkan enam medali pada Kejuaraan Dunia Balap Kano ICF dengan dua emas (C-1 1000 m: 2009, 2010), satu perak (C-1 500 m: 2013) dan dua perunggu (C-1 500 m: 2010, C-1 1000 m: 2011). Menkov memenangkan medali emas dalam lomba balap C1-1000m dalam bidang kano pada Pesta Olahraga Asia 2010 yang diadakan di Guangzhou, Tiongkok.
