Vairamuthu Ramasamy (lahir 13 Juli 1954) adalah seorang penyair, pembuat lirik dan pengarang Tamil. Ia adalah penerima berbagai penghargaan yang meliputi Padma Bhushan,[1] Padma Shri, dan Sahitya Akademi Award untuk novel 'Kallikattu Ithikasam' serta menjadi pemenang tujuh kali Penghargaan Film Nasional.
