Valeri Miladovich Syutkin (Вале́рий Миладович Сю́ткин, lahir 22 Maret 1958) adalah seorang penyanyi dan musisi Rusia. Menyanyi secara profesional sejak 1982, ia meraih popularitas sebagai anggota band rock Bravo.

Pada 2008, ia mendapatkan gelar kehormatan "Artis Merited dari Federasi Rusia".[1]

Pada 2012, ia menandatangani sebuah surat terbuka melawan undang-undang St. Petersburg yang melarang "propaganda gaya hidup homoseksual kepada orang-orang minor", bersama dengan bintang-bintang pop seperti Philipp Kirkorov dan Dima Bilan.[2]
