Valery Fyodorovich Bykovsky (bahasa Rusia: Вале́рий Фёдорович Быко́вский; 2 Agustus 1934 – 27 Maret 2019) adalah seorang antariksawan Uni Soviet yang ikut pada tiga penerbangan antariksa: Vostok 5, Soyuz 22, dan Soyuz 31. Ia juga membekingi Vostok 3 dan Soyuz 37.
