Venezuela Serikat (bahasa Spanyol: Estados Unidos de Venezuela) merupakan nama resmi Venezuela, diadopsi dalam konstitusi tahun 1864 di bawah pemerintahan Juan Crisóstomo Falcón. Nama ini terus digunakan hingga tahun 1953, ketika konstitusi pada tahun tersebut menggantinya menjadi Republik Venezuela. Pada tahun 1999 di bawah presiden yang baru naik jabatan Hugo Chávez dan modifikasi yang ia lakukan terhadap Konstitusi, nama resmi Venezuela berubah menjadi Republik Bolivar Venezuela.[1]
