Vesper adalah koktail yang awalnya terbuat dari gin, vodka, dan Kina Lillet. Karena Lillet jenis ini tidak lagi diproduksi, para bartender modern perlu memodifikasi resepnya untuk meniru rasa aslinya, dengan Lillet Blanc atau Cocchi Americano sebagai pengganti yang umum.
Minuman ini dipopulerkan oleh penulis Ian Fleming (1908–1964) dalam novelnya Casino Royale tahun 1953, di mana karakter James Bond menciptakan resep dan memberi nama koktail tersebut. Bond karya Fleming menyebutnya "martini spesial", dan meskipun tidak mengandung vermouth yang menjadi ciri khas martini pada masa Fleming, minuman ini terkadang disebut martini Vesper.
