Viktor Petrovich Savinykh (lahir 7 Maret 1940) adalah seorang antariksawan asal Uni Soviet. Ia terpilih menjadi antariksawan pada 1 Desember 1978 dan pensiun pada 9 Februari 1989. Ia telah menikah dan memiliki satu anak. Ia ikut serta sebagai insinyur penerbangan pada Soyuz T-4, Soyuz T-13 dan Soyuz TM-5.
