Offer Shlomi (Ibrani: עוֹפﬧ שלוֹמי; lahir 25 April 1964), yang lebih dikenal sebagai Vince Offer, Vince Shlomi, atau "The ShamWow Guy", adalah seorang sutradara, penulis, komedian dan karyawan infomersial Israel Amerika.[1][2][4] Karya besar pertama Offer adalah film komedi tahun 1999 The Underground Comedy Movie. Ia saat ini mencalonkan diri untuk distrik kongres ke-31 Texas dari Partai Republik[5] pada pemilihan paruh waktu 2026.
