Vyacheslav Vassilievich Stepanov (Вячеслав Васильевич Степанов; 4 September 1889 – 2 Juli 1950) adalah seorang matematikawan berkebangsaan Rusia yang mengkhususkan diri dalam bidang analisis matematis. Ia adalah putra dari seorang guru. Sejak tahun 1908 sampai 1912, Vyacheslav Stepanov belajar matematika di Fakultas Mekanik dan Matematika, Universitas Negeri Moskow.
