"We Can Work It Out" adalah sebuah lagu The Beatles yang ditulis oleh John Lennon dan Paul McCartney. Lagu ini dirilis sebagai "double A-sided" tunggal dengan "Day Tripper" pertama kalinya kedua sisi tunggal di tunjuk dalam rilis awal. Lagu tersebut direkam dalam sesi album Rubber Soul.
