Wedang sendang ayu adalah sebuah minuman khas Yogyakarta. Minuman tersebut terbuat dari sereh, kapulaga, jeruk nipis, jahe, cengkeh, kayu manis, kolang-kaling, dan perasan empoh-empoh. Minuman tersebut biasanya diminum ketika musim hujan dan memiliki porsian besar yang kaya akan rempah.[1]
