Wilhelm Kolle (2 November 1868 – 10 Mei 1935) adalah seorang bakteriologis dan higienis asal Jerman. Ia menjabat sebagai direktur kedua Royal Institute for Experimental Therapy, menggantikan pendirinya, penerima Nobel Paul Ehrlich. Bersama dengan Heinrich Hetsch, ia juga merupakan penulis asli buku terkenal Experimental Bacteriology, salah satu karya paling otoritatif dalam mikrobiologi pada paruh pertama abad ke-20.
Ia adalah ayah dari pelukis Helmut Kolle (1899–1931).
