William Dollente Dar (lahir 10 April 1953) adalah seorang hortikulturis dan pegawai negeri Filipina yang menjadi Menteri Pertanian Filipina ke-45. Ia diangkat oleh Presiden Rodrigo Duterte pada 5 Agustus 2019 untuk menggantikan Emmanuel Piñol. Dar memegang jabatan yang sama di bawah Presiden Joseph Estrada dari 1998 sampai 1999. Ia juga merupakan mantan Dirjen ICRISAT.
