William Goh Seng Chye (Hanzi sederhana: 吴成才; Hanzi tradisional: 吳成才; Pinyin: Wú Chéngcái; lahir 25 Juni 1957) adalah Uskup Agung Singapura keempat dan saat ini yang diangkat menjadi Kardinal oleh Paus Fransiskus pada 27 Agustus 2022. Goh menggantikan Nicholas Chia dalam jabatan Uskup Agung Singapura pada 18 Mei 2013. Goh adalah Rektor keempat Seminari Tinggi Santo Fransiskus Xaverius di Singapura. Ia ditahbiskan menjadi imam pada 1 Mei 1985 oleh Gregory Yong di Gereja Keluarga Kudus.
