William Sims Bainbridge
William Sims Bainbridge (lahir 12 Oktober 1940) adalah seorang sosiolog Amerika yang sekarang menetap di Virginia. Ia adalah salah satu direktur dari Cyber-Human Systems di National Science Foundation (NSF).[1] Ia adalah Senior Fellow pertama yang diangkat oleh Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies. Bainbridge dikenal atas karyanya pada sosiologi agama. Selarang, ia menerbitkan karya yang mengkaji sosiologi permainan video.
