William Zeckendorf, Sr. (30 Juni 1905 – 30 September 1976) adalah seorang pengembang lahan nyata Amerika terkenal. Melalui perusahaan pengembangnya Webb and Knapp—di mana ia mulai bekerja pada 1938 dan ia jual pada 1949—ia mengembangkan porsi signifikan dari lanskap perkotaan New York City. Para arsitek I. M.
