Winifred Byanyima (lahir 13 Januari 1959[1]) adalah direktur eksekutif UNAIDS (2019 sampai sekarang).[2] Ia adalah seorang insinyur kedirgantaraan, politikus, aktivis hak asasi manusia, feminis, dan diplomat Uganda.

Ia sebelumnya menjadi direktur eksekutif Oxfam International (2013–19)[3] dan direktur Gender Team dalam Brio Kebijakan Pembangunan di Program Pembangunan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNDP) dari 2006.[4]
