Wittenburg adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di distrik Ludwigslust-Parchim di Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Jerman. Kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 6.092 jiwa dan luas 80,0 km². Wittenburg tidak sama dengan kota Wittenberg yang lebih besar.
Wittenburg adalah ibu kota Amt Wittenburg sejak Januari 2004. Permukiman Helm, Klein Wolde, Wölzow, Lehsen, Körchow dan Ziggelmark merupakan bagian dari Wittenburg. Wittenburg pertama kali disebut dalam sejarah pada tahun 1154 dan memperoleh hak sebagai kota pada tahun 1230.
