Woo Kwok-hing, GBS, CBE, QC (Hanzi: 胡國興; lahir 13 Januari 1946) adalah seorang pensiunan hakim Hong Kong. Ia adalah wakil presiden Pengadilan Banding Mahkamah Agung dan mnatan ketua Komisi Urusan Pemilihan Umum. Pada pemilu Ketua Eksekutif 2017, ia meraih 21 suara dalam Komite Pemilihan Umum beranggotakan 1.194 orang dan kalah dengan Carrie Lam.[1]
