Wu Zhihui (Woo Chih-hui, Hanzi: 吳稚暉; 25 Maret 1865 – 30 Oktober 1953), juga dikenal dengan nama Woo Tsin-hang[1] atau Wu Shi-Fee,[2] adalah seorang ahli bahasa dan filsuf Tiongkok yang merupakan ketua Komisi Penyatuan Pengucapan tahun 1912–1913. Wu menciptakan Zhuyin (berdasarkan kitab Zhang Binglin) dan pengucapan Guoyu standar.
Wu berhaluan anarkis selama tinggal di Prancis pada dekade pertama abad ke-20, bersama dengan Li Shizeng, Zhang Renjie, dan Cai Yuanpei. Mereka berempat dijuluki "Empat Sesepuh" dari Partai Nasionalis yang sangat anti-komunis, pada tahun 1920-an.[3]
