Xarém


Algarvian xarém, sebuah hidangan dari Portugal

Xarém[1] or xerém[2] adalah sup kental atau bubur dari Algarve, Portugal yang juga dimakan di Tanjung Verde dan Brasil.[3] Makanan ini berbahan dasar tepung jagung yang dipadukan dengan bahan-bahan tradisional lain yang bervariasi berdasarkan daerah.[4] Hidangan ini disiapkan menggunakan tepung jagung, kerang atau sarden, dan daging panggang.[5][6] Versi Algarvia paling umum disiapkan menggunakan kerang.[5][6]
