Xiong E (Hanzi: 熊咢, †791 SM) merupakan penguasa negara Chu dari tahun 799 hingga 791 SM pada masa Dinasti Zhou Barat di Tiongkok kuno. Seperti penguasa Chu awal lainnya, ia memegang gelar bangsawan vicomte yang pertama kali diberikan kepada leluhurnya Xiong Yi oleh Raja Cheng dari Zhou.[1]
Xiong E menggantikan ayahandanya Xiong Xun, yang meninggal pada tahun 800 SM. Dia meninggal setelah sembilan tahun bertakhta dan digantikan oleh putranya Ruo'ao.[1]
