Yale University Press adalah pers universitas yang terkait dengan Universitas Yale. Didirikan pada tahun 1908 oleh George Parmly Day,[3] dan menjadi departemen resmi Universitas Yale pada tahun 1961, tetapi secara finansial dan operasional tetap berjalan otonom.

Pada tahun 2009, Yale University Press menerbitkan sekitar 300 buku sampul keras dan 150 buku sampul kertas baru setiap tahun dan telah mencetak lebih dari 6.000 judul buku. Buku-buku yang diterbitkan telah memenangkan lima Penghargaan Buku Nasional, dua Penghargaan Lingkaran Kritik Buku Nasional dan delapan Penghargaan Pulitzer.[4]
