Yoo Chang-soon (6 Agustus 1918 – 2 Juni 2010) adalah Perdana Menteri Korea Selatan periode 4 Januari 1982 hingga 24 Juni 1982.[1]

Yoo lahir di Anju, Pyongan Selatan, sebuah kota yang hari ini terletak di bawah otoritas Korea Utara, dan bersekolah di Pyongyang Commercial School.[2] Ia melanjutkan pendidikannya di Hastings College di Nebraska, lulus pada tahun 1950. Tahun berikutnya, ia masuk dinas pemerintah Korea Selatan, bekerja di Bank of Korea cabang Tokyo.[3]
