Yoshiaki Koizumi (小泉 歓晃, Koizumi Yoshiaki, kelahiran 29 April 1968 di Mishima, Shizuoka) adalah seorang perancang, sutradara dan produser permainan video Jepang. Ia lulus dari Universitas Seni Osaka sebagai pembuat film dan bekerja di Nintendo sejak 1991. Koizumi adalah manajer Tokyo Software Development Group No. 2 dan juga Entertainment Analysis & Development Division pada perusahaan tersebut dan dikenal karena karyanya pada serial permainan Mario dan The Legend of Zelda.

Koizumi lahir di Mishima, Shizuoka pada 29 April 1968.[1] Ia memainakn permainan video pertamanya, Super Mario Bros., pada usia 21 tahun
