Yukio Seki (関 行男, Seki Yukio, 29 Agustus 1921 – 25 Oktober 1944) adalah seorang penerbang angkatan laut Jepang dari Angkatan Laut Kekaisaran Jepang pada Perang Dunia II. Sebagai pilot kamikaze, Letnan Seki memimpin salah satu dari tiga kelompok tempur dari serangan kamikase resmi kedua pada Perang Dunia II (serangan resmi pertam aadalah upaya gagal pimpinan Yoshiyasu Kunō pada 21 Oktober 1944). Aksi terakhir Seki terjadi pada 25 Oktober 1944, pada Pertempuran Teluk Leyte. Ia memimpin sebuah unit dari lima pesawat pembawa bom Mitsubishi Zero, yang dijatuhkan ke dek penerbangan USS St. Lo, menjadikannya serangan kamikaze pertama yang menenggelamkan kapal musuh.
