Yūzō Kayama (加山 雄三, Kayama Yūzō, lahir 11 April 1937) adalah seorang musisi, penyanyi-penulis lagu dan pemeran populer asal Jepang. Ayahnya, Ken Uehara, adalah seorang bintang film pada pertengahan abad kedua puluh. Yuzo Kayama menjadi bintang pada 1960an dalam seri film Wakadaishō ("Young Guy").
