Zablon Simintov (bahasa Ibrani: זבולון סימן-טוב‎, bahasa Persia Afganistan: زِبولن سِمِنتوف[2]; kelahiran 1959; juga di-Romanisasi-kan menjadi Zebulon Simentov, Zabolon Simentov, Zabolon Simantov) adalah seorang pedagang karpet dan pemilik rumah makan asal Afganistan yang dipercaya menjadi Yahudi terakhir yang menetap di Afganistan. Ia juga merupakan perawat satu-satunya sinagoge di Kabul.[3][4][5][6]
