Zestafoni atau Zestaponi (bahasa Georgia: ზესტაფონი, pengucapan bahasa Georgia: [ˈzɛstʼɑpʰɔni]) adalah pusat administrasi Distrik Zestafoni di Georgia Barat. Zestafoni adalah pusat bagian kuno dan bersejarah Georgia – Margveti, yang merupakan bagian dari provinsi Imereti. Zestafoni adalah pusat Eparki Margveti dari Gereja Ortodoks Georgia. Zestafoni terletak di ujung timur Dataran Tinggi Colchis, dan dibangun di kedua tepi Sungai Qvirila.
Kota ini adalah pusat industri penting, dengan pengolahan pabrik ferro-alloy besar pengolahan mangan di dekat Chiatura.[1]
