Zeugma (bahasa Yunani: Ζεῦγμα) adalah sebuah kota kuno di Commagene; yang terletak di Provinsi Gaziantep modern, Turki. Kota tersebut mengambil nama dari jembatan jalan, atau zeugma,[1] yang melintasi sungai Efrat di tempat tersebut.
