Zuzanna Szadkowski ([ʂadˈkɔfski]; lahir 22 Oktober 1978) adalah seorang aktris Polandia-Amerika yang dikenal karena perannya sebagai Dorota Kishlovsky di serial drama Gossip Girl.

Szadkowski juga muncul di The Knick, Girls, Search Party, The Good Wife, Sopranos, dan Guiding Light. Dia membuat debut panggung New York-nya di drama Love, Loss, and What I Wore arahan Nora Ephron dan ia muncul dalam lima pemeran bintang yang memecahkan rekor.
