What is the purpose and intent of this "v • d • e" that appears in the top left of this template? It's not cryptic. If you pass your cursor on top of the items a box appears and explains them - it's View, Discuss and Edit. I'm removing the microstates from this topic for fairly obvious reasons. A short and unsourced article about countries who somebody (who?) claims to make up "the European microstates" can hardly be compared to such extensive, general and well-sourced articles as European culture, European geography or European history.
