I feel the addition of 10 Murray Street contradicts the purpose of the template. It is a historic landmark and not a contemporary city landmark. If demolished structures are permitted, then other historic structures such the Bank of Van Diemen's Land or Prince of Wales Theatre, Hobart may as well be added.
